Washing lines

The tunnel washing line is for products that are washed constantly in large quantities. These include bread baskets and crates, cooking trays, meat crates, transportation boxes, boxes for internal cycle, etc. A tunnel washing machine will clean the product as it moves automatically from one washing phase to the next. In the washing tunnel, these washing phases are unstacking, pre-wash, wash, pre-rinse, rinse, disinfection, drying and restacking - all of this without a manual touch.

CRATE STORAGE SYSTEMS

Crate storage systems will buffer dirty boxes before washing, and clean boxes after washing. An intelligent storage system by Pohjaranta, will even the input of clean, dry boxes into production. Based on consumption, crates are either buffered into the storage, unstacked from it, or inserted straight into production past the storage. The storage system will store crates according to the “first in – first out” principle, where first stored stacks of boxes will also be used first. This will prevent the problem of dust-gathering in a stationary storage.

Our crate processing solutions also include conveyors, stack conveyors, overhead rail systems, stackers and de-stackers as well as feeding systems for packing machines or stations. Our crate processing solutions will optimize our customers’ crate processing, transfer and storage and improve productivity. You’ll get the required number of clean and dry boxes in the right place at the right time.

6. The Regular Data Sources of the Register

The register is collated from the register holder’s customer information system, publicly available Internet sources and any possible other public sources. As a rule, the sources of addresses are specified if they are other than those listed above.

7. Regular Submission of Information

The register holder will not pass the personal information of customers on to outside parties unless required to do so by the Finnish authorities.

8. Removal of Data

Information can be deleted from the register upon a person’s request or in the event of the ending of the customer relationship.

9. The Principles of Register Protection

Personal information will be kept confidential. The data network and hardware of the register holder and its possible IT partners, in which the register is located, are protected by firewalls and other required technical measures.
